1. Who we are

AI Reveal Map™ is operated by Hacestek International LLC. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Hacestek International LLC. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at help@hacestek.com.

2. Information we collect

• Website URL you submit — used to perform the AI Recommendation Readiness scan.
• Email address — collected through the email gate to deliver your R2R Score™ report. Stored in our database and used by our email service provider.

  By entering your email address in the email gate, you consent to receiving your R2R Score™ report and related diagnostic information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting help@hacestek.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

• Scan results and scores — the diagnostic data generated from your scan, including R2R Score™, dimension scores, and priority fixes.
• IP hash — a one-way hash of your IP address used solely for rate limiting. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Payment information: the scan and Full Report are free. If you engage Hacestek for optional paid work, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How we use your information

• To perform and deliver your AI Recommendation Readiness scan and R2R Score™ report.
• To send your report via email after the email gate.
• To process payments for optional paid engagements, if you choose to book one.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the scanning service.
• To improve the accuracy and methodology of the R2R Score™ over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate AI Reveal Map™. Each processes only the data necessary to perform its function:

• Lovable Cloud — database hosting and backend infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (sends your R2R Score™ report).
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI engine used during scans for analysis and to test recommendation behavior. Receives the business website URL and publicly available website content only.
• Zoom Scheduler — scheduling for the free 20-minute Review. Receives the information you provide when booking.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site-usage analytics.
• PostHog — product analytics used to understand page and diagnostic-funnel activity. Session recording is disabled.
• Stripe — payment processing for optional paid engagements, where applicable.
• OpenAI — AI engine used during scans to test recommendation behavior. Receives the business website URL and publicly available website content only.
• Google (Gemini) — AI engine used during scans to test recommendation behavior. Receives the business website URL and publicly available website content only.
• Perplexity — AI engine used during scans to test recommendation behavior. Receives the business website URL and publicly available website content only.

5. Cookies and tracking

AI Reveal Map™ uses essential browser storage for functional purposes, such as maintaining session state, and analytics technologies from Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site and diagnostic-funnel activity. We do not use this site to run retargeting or social-media advertising pixels.

6. Data retention

Scan results and associated email addresses are retained to support follow-up, optional engagements, and methodology improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting help@hacestek.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, email help@hacestek.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. International users

AI Reveal Map™ serves hospitality properties worldwide. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, we process your data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (delivering the service you requested) and, where applicable, your consent (providing your email address through the email gate). Data is stored on servers in the United States.

9. Children's privacy

AI Reveal Map™ is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Automated decision-making

AI Reveal Map™ uses artificial intelligence to generate your R2R Score™ and priority recommendations. These scores are produced algorithmically based on publicly available website data and AI engine responses. Scores are generated automatically before delivery. The R2R Score™ is informational and diagnostic only — it does not result in any legal or similarly significant decision about you or your business. 11. Do Not Sell or Share

Hacestek International LLC does not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. This applies to all categories of personal information we collect. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AI Reveal Map™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Public data analysis

AI Reveal Map scans and analyzes publicly available information about hotel properties. This includes website content, structured data markup, AI engine responses to public queries, and listings on public platforms. No private or internal hotel data is accessed. Purchase records (email, scan ID, payment status) are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
