Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AI Reveal Map™ (the "Service"), operated by Hacestek International LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI Reveal Map™ provides an AI Recommendation Readiness diagnostic for hospitality properties. The Service scans publicly available website data and generates an R2R Score™ with dimensional analysis and priority recommendations.

The Service includes free scans and free, email-gated Full Reports. Optional custom implementation and advisory engagements are available by application.

3. Diagnostic nature of the Service

The R2R Score™ and all associated analysis are informational and diagnostic only. They do not constitute a guarantee that any AI system will recommend, cite, or surface your property. AI recommendation behavior is determined by third-party systems outside our control.

While our methodology is research-informed, no specific score improvement or business outcome is promised or implied.

4. Intellectual property

The R2R Score™ methodology, Ready to Recommend™ framework, AI Reveal Map™ brand, and all associated scoring models, dimensional analysis frameworks, and report formats are the proprietary intellectual property of Hacestek International LLC.

You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our methodology, scoring system, or report structure without prior written consent.

You may share your individual report URL for your own business purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit bulk scans.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Submit URLs you do not own or have authority to scan on behalf of.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.
• Misrepresent R2R Score™ results or attribute them to a different methodology.

We enforce rate limits on scanning and reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Payments and refunds

Any optional paid engagement is invoiced and processed as set out in its written agreement (which may include processing via Stripe).

Full Report (free): opened with your email at no cost. Includes exact implementation steps, schema fix code, Wikidata template, and a downloadable PDF report for a specific scan.

Custom Engagement (by application): hands-on implementation and advisory work scoped to your business. Availability, pricing, payment, and cancellation terms are agreed in a separate written agreement before any work begins; that agreement governs the engagement.

Free scans: the free AI Recommendation Readiness scan and email-gated diagnostic report are provided at no cost and carry no payment obligations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hacestek International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate in all cases.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to the R2R Score™ methodology, scoring dimensions, and report format.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

12. Refund policy

The AI Reveal Map scan and Full Report are provided free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. Any optional custom engagement is governed by the separate written agreement scoped for that work, which sets out its own payment and cancellation terms.

13. Data sources and public information

This report analyzes publicly available digital signals including website content, structured data markup, search engine results, AI platform responses, and third-party platform listings (TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile, Booking.com, Wikidata). All data is derived from publicly accessible sources. AI Reveal Map does not access private systems, internal databases, or confidential information. Reports may be generated for any publicly accessible business website. The analysis and scoring methodology are proprietary to Hacestek International LLC.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
